Sustain (UK) Ltd

Founded in 2009, Sustain (UK) Ltd is a registered housing provider with the Regulator of Social Housing, and takes responsibility for around 400 properties across Birmingham and Loughborough, housing around 2,100 vulnerable residents across 97 housing providers.

These providers must undergo Sustain rigorous application and inspection process to ensure the properties adhere to set standards.

Once an individual is housed, Sustain then delivers ‘person-centred’ domiciliary care, delivering a range of services that respect the individuals’ needs, wishes and choices, and conduct with care, compassion, integrity and dedication.

Sustain UK’s mission is to provide vulnerable and homeless people with the opportunity to live in housing of a decent standard, to be delivered by a trained local workforce.

These support services can include:

• Personal care
• Companionship
• Shopping
• Meal preparation and support
• Prompting medication etc.
