Before Frontier PR embarks on any campaign, we must first establish some key defining principles.
Most importantly: “What will change look like and how do we get there?”
All PR should set out with the intention of achieving change. So what is it that we are seeking to change, and how do we know when this has been achieved?
What will success look like? Market leadership? More online traffic? Better public awareness? Reduced negativity? This should be defined before a single press release is written or phone call made.
Frontier PR strongly believes that its emphasis on developing a detailed strategy sets it apart from many of its competitors. As experts, we have a responsibility to bring our knowledge and understanding of communications to bare, even if this sometimes means challenging our client’s preconceptions and expectations.
