Strategic Planning

Strategic Marketing

Before we embark on any client related activity, Frontier PR must first establish some key defining principles. Most importantly, we must understand one key question: What is change?

All PR and communications activity should set out with the intention of achieving change of some kind. So what is it that we are seeking to change, and how do we know when this has been achieved?

What will success look like? More products sold? More web hits? Better public awareness? Less negativity? Ideally this should be defined before a single press release is written or phone call made.

Frontier PR strongly believes that its emphasis on developing a considered and valuable strategy sets it apart from its competitors. As experts, we have a responsibility to bring our expert knowledge and understanding of communications to bear, even if this sometimes means challenging our client's preconceptions.

Most importantly, Frontier PR ensures that its PR planning process brings clarity rather than confusion; as communicators our first responsibility lies in open and honest dialogue with our clients - they are the most important people in our business and should never be confused by jargon and ambiguity.

How will Strategic Planning provide a return on investment?

The PR planning process will deliver a clear and structured document that will break down objectives and the processes that will need to be implemented in order to achieve them.

The process of breaking down audiences and messages alone can prove to be invaluable, and can often help clarify what the client needs to be saying and to whom.

As an agency we insist that every client has a PR plan, and ensure that every PR plan is a living document that we and the client will refer back to time and time again.
