Arvia appoints Andrew Dixey as Chairman

Multiple award winning water and wastewater treatment specialists, Arvia® Technology, has announced the appointment of a new Chairman, Andrew Dixey.

Andrew’s arrival coincides with Arvia having recently received new venture capital investment an area which Andrew will actively seek to further develop in his new role.

Andrew brings over 30 years experience in managing global organisations in the materials and service sectors, most recently holding the position of Chairman of PFW UK Holdings Limited.  His former positions have included President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Titanium Metals Corporations, Director of the Special Metals Company, and Managing Director of London & Scandinavian Metallurgical Co Limited.

Arvia is the first to deliver a competitive, on-site treatment solution for aqueous organic pollutants, which both removes and destroys the contaminants in-situ, in a way which is chemical free and without producing a secondary waste requiring further disposal.

Andrew said: “I jumped at the chance to join Arvia Technology, it isn’t every day you get the opportunity to be a part of something this exciting – technology which has already been recognised in a number of different markets as being a completely new and improved way of treating water and wastewater, I truly believe the sky is the limit for Arvia.”
