Omfax Systems expands team with new Projects Manager 

Customer service technology company Omfax Systems has expanded its team with the appointment of a new Projects Manager. 


The leading provider of solutions to social housing has added Marjorie Matthews to its team working from its headquarters in Bicester. 

Marjorie joins Omfax Systems from Capita, where she held the role of Pre-Sales Consultant for seven years. 

She has also worked with a number of large name housing management systems, mobile working and repairs and maintenance software providers, including Orchard and Civica. 

As part of her new role as Projects Manager, Marjorie will work with the company’s extensive client portfolio of 70 social housing providers to implement and support their use of Omfax Systems’ Keyfax Inter•View technology.

Marjorie said: “Having worked at companies specifying Omfax’s technology, I am delighted to be working with the team to help deliver innovative solutions for customer services in housing.”

Keyfax Inter•View – a dynamic call flow management tool - guides customer service advisors through calls with tenants, giving all them the specialist knowledge they need to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.

Omfax Systems was founded by Managing Director Peter Graddon in 1989. The company supplies a number of products to the market, particularly Keyfax Inter•View as well as handbooks and guides, and an eLearning platform.
