The Yorkshire based firm has been shortlisted as one of five finalists in the Best HR/L&D supplier category of the national Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management Awards for its support for BAE Maritime Submarines.
In partnership with the submarine and naval ships engineering company, DFA designed and now delivers a Human Resources People Passport Programme to leaders and managers, developing their capability to embed leadership behaviours in their people management function.

The CIPD People Management Awards will be will be announced at the awards dinner at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on September 27th.
