The Frontier PR team visit Ecobuild 2011

The Frontier PR team are attending Ecobuild 2011 this week, taking place at the ExCel exhibition and conference centre  in London’s Docklands from Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 March.

Ecobuild is the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment and the UK’s largest construction event of any kind.  At this year’s event over 50,000 visitors are expected to attend, and over 1,300 suppliers are showcasing thousands of sustainable construction products.

In 2010, over 41,000 of the most influential individuals in design and construction visited the exhibition, representing some of the most valuable and prestigious projects across the UK and internationally.

Frontier PR will be using this experience to broaden their knowledge of the sustainable building industry, to meet with the industries most knowledgeable and influential people, as well as networking with suppliers, and attending a number of the many seminar sessions.

Also at the event, Frontier PR's Managing Director, David Innes-Edwards, will be giving a Dragon Den's style pitch at the Keepmoat Homes stand.  David will be discussing the theme 'necessity is the mother of invention', focussing on how social housing can be more sustainable.  This topic is also the focus of the upcoming event 'Progress North West 2011', hosted by Trafford Housing Trust's Chief Executive Matthew Gardiner.
